"Exceptional"
Spacious and nice room, comfortable bed. Pleasant view for ROM from the window (street side). Very good cooked breakfast. Excellent parking and luggage service despite ongoing street construction. ROM, Philosophers Walk and Bata Shoes museum within 5 minutes walk. Metro station and hop-on, hop-off bus stop next door. Excellent location for quickly getting to Casa Loma or Harbourfront via public transport. Excellent service for sending us back an item we left behind in our room.

Very welcoming and efficient staff. Beautiful hotel. Good food. Comfortable and clean room. Excellent room service. I had a beautiful view south over the University of Toronto and downtown.

The Junior Suite was a good size with a large bathroom. The location was excellent - TTC; ROM; shopping; restaurants. The team who assisted us were friendly and professional.

The location was great. It was close to downtown, right opposite the Royal Ontario Museum, close to excellent dining and coffee. Transport was easy, taxis, bike share and transit are all close. My room had a great view.
